Participation in any of our programs, exercises, or meal plans is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse effects. While we take care to provide safe and effective guidance, we are not responsible for any health issues that may arise from the use of our services. By purchasing and using our services, you agree that we are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or other outcomes resulting from participation.


GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS

Although our products and services are designed to support progress, individual results will vary. Success depends on multiple factors, including personal consistency, effort, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee any specific results, and outcomes may differ from person to person.


SUBSCRIPTION & 1:1 COACHING TERMS

  • 1:1 Coaching Commitment: My 1:1 coaching program requires a minimum 12-week commitment. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full term of the coaching package. Cancellation requires 1 months notice.
  • App Memberships: Subscription-based services require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to renewal for cancellation.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of online services and digital content, no refunds will be offered once a purchase is made.



CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your app membership, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. 1:1 coaching commitments are for a minimum of 12 weeks and cannot be canceled or refunded once commenced.
